Orders may be placed

• Directly with Valtex Customer Service at 800-259-4699, 256-259-2599, faxed to 256-259-2409, or emailed to kiddykats@scottsboro.org. Customer Service hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Central Time.  Faxed and email orders are accepted 24 hours a day.

• Directly on our website.  To order online you must first register your company with Valtex and obtain an access code for your company.  This will enable you to gain access to pricing, determine payment method and provide us with information about your company.

Minimum Orders
We have a $25.00 minimum order.  Order must equal at least $25.00 before the order will be accepted.  Orders from $25.00 to $50.00 will have an additional $5 handling fee added to shipping charges.

Pricing
Pricing is determined by the quantity ordered for each size and color of a style.  Prices are shown for piece, dozen and case quantities.  When ordering online the price is automatically applied when quantity is entered into the order box.

Piece price: 1 to 11 pieces of a size / color
Dozen price: 12 or more pieces of a size / color
Case price: 36 or more pieces of a size / color  (24 or more for  Headwear)

Terms
We accept Master Card, Visa, C.O.D. certified check or money order.   A credit card application must be completed, signed and faxed to Valtex at 256-259-2406 for all credit card orders.  Net 30 terms may be requested after a sales requirement of $2,500 in a 12 month period has been met and a credit application has been completed and returned to Valtex.  We will then process your application and notify you when approved or denied.

Shipping
F.O.B. Scottsboro, Alabama by UPS or Truck line. 
Shipping charges are determined by UPS and added to your invoice. No COD order can be shipped Red or Blue Label unless we ship freight collect. We can apply all shipping charges to your account if you supply us with your UPS account number.

Out of Stock Items
If an item ordered is out of stock Customer Service will contact you before shipping your order. 

Claims
Shortages, incorrect merchandise, damaged merchandise or price discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order.  Please inspect your merchandise before processing.  Decorated merchandise cannot be returned. All sales on closeouts and irregulars are final

Returns
Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number from Valtex and may be subject to a restocking fee.  The return authorization number must appear on the outside of the carton when returned.  Goods should be returned directly to our factory at 205 East Maple Ave, Scottsboro, AL  35768. No returns will be accepted from closeout orders.
