           
We offer custom order/private label services.Any variation from what is available in our current catalog is considered a custom order. This would include:
- Label changes in stock items
- Private labeling during manufacturing
- Custom styles
Label changes:
We cut our label out of the garment and replace it with the label provided by the customer by stitching it on top of the seam.
Minimum pieces for a label change is 144 pieces per style. The charge is $0.25 per garment. Estimated time for delivery is 7 -14 days depending on quantity.
Private label:
This describes the situation in which the requirement is for the label to be sewn into the garment as it is being manufactured. We can provide the care/content and country of origin (joker).
Customer provides logo label with no country of origin.
All private label orders are subject to a plus or minus 10% quantity variation.
Lead times can vary widely but with everything in place (purchase order/labels, etc).we estimate 12 - 16 weeks from beginning production to availability in our distribution center.
Minimum for a private label program is 200 dozen of one style.
