                         
Do you sell to individuals? No. We sell business to business ONLY.
What information do I need to set up a new account? We will need to obtain basic information such as your company name, billing address, shipping address, contact name, phone and fax numbers, email address, UPS account number if applicable and your tax resale number. We will also need to establish a method of payment for your order such as Visa, Master Card or COD certified check or money order. If you choose to pay by credit card you will need to complete the credit card application and fax it to Valtex at 256-259-2409.
How do I set up an online account?
You will need to fill out an account request form. A link to the form is located on our home page on the right side close to the bottom. It says "Click here to set up an account and get a password." Once you have filled out the form and it has been submitted to us, your account request will be processed. Requests are processed same day unless received after 3:30 CST. A confirmation email will be sent to you letting you know your online account is active. Once you have received the confirmation you can log in and gain access to pricing, closeouts, and online ordering.
What are your business hours? Office hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm central standard time. Faxed and emailed orders are accepted 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
How can I place an order? You can call Valtex directly at 800-259-4699 and speak with Customer Service; fax orders to Valtex at 256-259-2409; email orders to kiddykats@scottsboro.org; contact a salesperson in your area; or place your order directly on our web site once your company is registered with us and obtains an access code.
Do you have a minimum? We have a $25 minimum order. Your order must equal AT LEAST $25 before Valtex will accept the order. All orders that range from $25 - $50 will have an additional $5 handling fee applied to shipping charges.
When will my order ship? Most orders are shipped same day if your order is placed before 12:00 CST. Shipping time does vary from time to time. Our customer service department will inform you of our current shipping time when the order is placed via phone. If you choose to ship UPS 3-day, Blue Label or Red Label your order will be expedited. No COD order can ship Red or Blue Label unless we ship freight collect.
Where do you ship from? All orders will be shipped from our factory at 205 East Maple Ave, Scottsboro, AL 35768.
Can you drop ship my order? Yes. Please make sure to specify the company name, address, contact name, and phone number to the location we need to ship. If you require that we ship blind, please let us know on each order.
Can I have the shipping charges billed to my UPS or Fed Ex account? Yes, if you have an account with UPS or Fed Ex, give your account number and we will bill your shipping charges directly to your account. Once we obtain your number we will continue to apply your shipping charges to that account unless you instruct us otherwise. If your account number or information changes please let us know so we can keep our records updated.
What is your procedure for handling out of stock items? If you order an item that is out of stock a Customer Service rep will contact you before making the shipment. You will be given the option to ship and backorder, short ship or to sub a size and or color. If you elect to ship and backorder the backordered goods will be shipped to you once they are available. You will be responsible for shipping charges on backorder shipments. If you elect to short ship we will ship the goods that are available and the order will be considered complete.
I received incorrect merchandise what do I need to do? You will need to contact our customer service department at 800-259-4699 to obtain a return authorization number. Please keep in mind that any discrepancies need to be reported within 7 days of receipt of the order. No returns will be accepted by our shipping/receiving department without a RA # clearly marked on the outside of the carton. Our return address is 205 East Maple Ave, Scottsboro, Al 35768.
Can I track my order or get a tracking number? Once your order has shipped you can request that a customer service rep track your package for you or you can request a tracking number from customer service. Please contact us at 800-259-4699 or kiddykats@scottsboro.org.

Can I have my label sewn in your products? We do offer a private label program. Please contact Valtex directly at 800-259-4699 to discuss the specific details.
Do you offer closeouts? Yes, see our closeout page. Please keep in mind that closeouts must be purchased by the dozen and must total at least $300. All sales on closeouts are final.
